He is Wei Wen-Long, a dedicated technician who has been working at CHIN NAN for ten years. Although he didn't graduate from a formal technical school, he always learned with diligence and became a technician after being promoted from a lathe technician through assessment.

Speaking thoughtfully with an occasional modest smile, Wei Wen-Long has been a dedicated Technician at CHIN NAN for ten years. Despite not starting with a formal technical background, his down-to-earth attitude and relentless eagerness to learn propelled him from a Lathe Operator to a certified Technician.

He chuckles, admitting he used to be quite reserved, but deeply credits his managers for providing him with the opportunities to learn and grow. Today, he truly understands the profound impact of effective communication. He has evolved into an incredibly loyal and reliable partner—always ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed—and remains committed to continuous advancement in his career.

The Positive Energy of Continuous Learning

Naturally introverted, Wen-Long surprisingly agreed to this interview without hesitation. Though his hands trembled slightly when talking about himself, his earnestness in answering every question perfectly reflected his humble and polite nature. When discussing his work, his voice is filled with a genuine sense of accomplishment, driven by the positive energy of continuous learning.

Throughout his career growth, Wen-Long has not only found a strong sense of professional identity but also discovered a heroic passion for helping others. This sense of mission and enthusiasm continues to push him forward every single day.
