This MCX receptacle features a remarkably low maximum Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) of 1.22 at 6.1 GHz and a minimal maximum insertion loss of just 0.2 dB at 1 GHz. These superior electrical specifications effectively minimize signal degradation. Coupled with a robust power handling capacity of 220W, it easily accommodates the rigorous demands of moderate-power microwave and high-frequency communication applications.

    Constructed for uncompromising durability and excellent electrical conductivity, the connector body is precision-machined from robust brass, perfectly complemented by a highly resilient beryllium copper center contact. The integration of premium PTFE insulation ensures highly stable electrical characteristics and reliable operation across an extreme ambient temperature range of -55°C to 155°C. Mechanically, this MCX surface-mount jack boasts a proven durability of 500 mating cycles and features a minimum center contact axial retention force of 10 N, guaranteeing a highly secure and steadfast physical connection over extended periods of industrial use.

    In terms of electrical safety and environmental resilience, this RF coaxial receptacle offers a continuous working voltage rating of 335 volts rms at sea level and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 volts rms at sea level. The insulation resistance is strictly maintained at a minimum of 1000 Megohms. To prioritize low-loss conduction, the contact resistance is stringently capped at a maximum of 5.0 Milliohms for the center contact and 2.5 Milliohms for the outer contact. Fully compliant with rigorous military testing standards, it has successfully passed the MIL-STD-202 Method 204 Test Condition B for vibration and MIL-STD-202 Method 101 Test Condition B for salt spray, proving its unwavering reliability and exceptional performance in harsh and corrosive environments.
