Designed to straddle the PC board post-soldering, this highly reliable edge-mount MCX receptacle delivers outstanding physical stability and RF performance for advanced engineering designs.

    Operating efficiently within a 50 Ω impedance system, this RF connector covers a comprehensive frequency range from 0 to 6 GHz, making it highly suitable for a wide variety of high-frequency applications. It features an exceptionally low Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) of 1.2 MAX and a maximum insertion loss of just 0.1 dB at 1 GHz, ensuring optimal signal transmission, superior reception, and premium signal integrity. Furthermore, with a robust power handling capacity of up to 220W, it easily satisfies the rigorous demands of high-power RF and microwave systems.

    Enhancing installation versatility and structural integrity, this MCX connector features a bulkhead mounting configuration capable of accommodating a maximum panel thickness of 0.102 inches. It also includes a 0.217-inch flat specifically designed for secure tool application and anti-rotation stability during assembly. The rugged brass connector body and highly resilient beryllium copper center contact guarantee long-lasting durability, while the premium PTFE insulation maintains excellent electrical characteristics across an extreme operating temperature range of -55°C to 155°C. Mechanically, the receptacle is rated for a durability of 500 mating cycles and features a minimum center contact axial retention force of 10 N, ensuring a steadfast physical connection over time.

    In terms of electrical safety and operational reliability, this coaxial receptacle offers a continuous voltage rating of 335 volts rms at sea level and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 volts rms at sea level. The insulation resistance is strictly maintained at a minimum of 1000 Megohms. To guarantee optimal conductivity, the contact resistance is stringently capped at a maximum of 5.0 Milliohms for the center contact and 2.5 Milliohms for the outer contact. Additionally, the product rigorously complies with military standards, having successfully passed the MIL-STD-202 Method 204 Test Condition B for vibration and MIL-STD-202 Method 101 Test Condition B for salt spray, proving its resilience and unwavering performance in harsh, vibrating, and corrosive industrial environments.
