    The SMB Straight Jack Crimp Connector for RG174, RG316, RG188, and LMR100 cables is a versatile solution for seamless cable applications. This SMB Straight Jack Crimp Connector is designed with various cables in mind, including RG174U, RG316U, RG188, LMR100, making it a reliable choice for your connectivity requirements.

    Operating at 50Ω impedance, this connector ensures optimal signal integrity across a frequency range of 0-4 GHz. VSWR of 1.22 max ensures stable and consistent signal transmission.

    The SMB Straight Jack Crimp Connector is designed with precision and durability in mind. Manufactured from high-quality brass connector body and center contact, providing ruggedness and reliable electrical conductivity. PTFE insulation enhances connector durability, ensuring it can handle diverse environmental challenges.

    For ease of installation, we recommend assembling the center contact to the cable inner conductor via soldering or crimping methods. Additionally, the ferrule should be crimped onto the cable, providing secure transmission and fixation mechanisms.

    With 335V rms working voltage and 1000V rms dielectric withstanding voltage, this SMB connector ensures safe and consistent electrical performance. Insulation resistance of 1000 Megohms ensures reliable long-term operation under various environmental conditions.

    Maintaining low contact resistance is critical for optimal performance. Center contact resistance is 6.0 milliohms max, outer contact maintained at 1.0 milliohms max. This connector handles up to 220W power, ideal for moderate power requirement applications.

    Our SMB connector is durable, withstanding 500 mating cycles. The connector also features minimum cable retention of 15 lbs and minimum center contact retention axial force of 4 lbs.

    Operating seamlessly across temperatures from -65°C to 165°C, this SMB Straight Jack Crimp Connector meets the highest industry standards including MIL-STD-202 Method 204 Test Condition B for vibration and MIL-STD-202 Method 101 Test Condition B for salt spray testing.
