    The BNC Straight Jack Crimp Connector is designed for cable applications. Compatible with RG58U and LMR195 cables, this BNC jack is precision-crafted to provide a versatile and reliable solution for your connectivity requirements.

    Operating at standard 50Ω impedance with a frequency range of 0-4 GHz, this BNC connector ensures optimal signal transmission across various applications. VSWR of 1.22 max with insertion loss of 0.2 dB at 3 GHz—it excels at maintaining signal integrity and reliability.

    For seamless installation, it is recommended to assemble by soldering the center contact to the cable's inner conductor. Additionally, crimping the ferrule onto the cable ensures secure connection for transmission and fixation, providing robust and lasting connections.

    The connector body is made from premium brass, ensuring stability and longevity. The center contact is made from beryllium copper, ensuring superior electrical conductivity and reliability. PTFE insulation enhances connector durability and electrical characteristics.

    Rated at 500V rms working voltage at sea level with 1000V rms dielectric withstanding voltage, this BNC connector guarantees consistent electrical performance. Insulation resistance of 5000 Megohms ensures long-term reliability under various conditions.

    Center contact resistance is maintained below 1.5 milliohms, and outer contact resistance is maintained below 0.2 milliohms. The connector handles up to 500W power, suitable for applications with higher power requirements.

    For reliability, this BNC connector withstands 500 mating cycles. The structure enables secure cable fixation with minimum cable retention of 40 lbs and minimum center contact retention (axial force) of 6 lbs.

    Operating seamlessly across temperatures from -65°C to 165°C, this BNC connector suits various environmental conditions. Compliant with stringent quality standards including MIL-STD-202 Method 204B for vibration and MIL-STD-202 Method 101B for salt spray testing.
