    INTRODUCTION

    The BNC Straight PCB Mount Jack Receptacle is designed for PCB applications. This vertical BNC jack connector is designed for seamless integration into your electronic designs, ensuring reliable signal transmission and durability.

    Operating at 50Ω impedance with a frequency range of 0-4 GHz, this connector provides optimal signal integrity across a broad spectrum. VSWR of 1.3 max highlights its high efficiency in maintaining consistent performance.

    For durability and precision, the connector body is made from rugged brass, providing strength and longevity. The center contact is made from beryllium copper, ensuring superior electrical conductivity and reliability. PTFE insulation enhances connector durability and electrical performance.

    Rated at 500V rms at sea level with 1500V rms dielectric withstanding voltage, in demanding applications this BNC connector ensures reliable electrical characteristics. Insulation resistance of 5000 Megohms ensures long-term reliability.

    Low contact resistance is a key feature—center contact resistance of 1.5 milliohms max and outer contact resistance of 0.2 milliohms max. This connector features 500W power handling capability, ideal for applications with higher power requirements.

    Tested through 500 mating cycles, ensuring secure fixation to PCB, while center contact retention requires minimum axial force of 6 lbs.

    Operating seamlessly across temperatures from -65°C to 165°C, suitable for various environmental conditions. Compliant with stringent quality standards including MIL-STD-202 Method 204 Test Condition B for vibration and MIL-STD-202 Method 101 Test Condition B for salt spray testing.
